How we rate online casinos
Every casino in the ranking is scored with the same five criteria, using facts we checked on the operator's own pages:
- Licence (30%): whether a licence is stated, and whether we could confirm it with the regulator.
- Bangladesh support (20%): whether the operator accepts players from Bangladesh and offers BDT accounts.
- Bonus transparency (20%): whether the welcome offer and its wagering terms are published.
- Local payments (15%): whether bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay are listed.
- Red flags (15%): missing licences, revocations, sanctions reports, or terms that name another company.
Each casino also gets one of three labels. "Listed" means we could check the operator's pages and found no serious problem. "Listed with a caution" means the casino still operates but we found a problem, and the caution shows on its card and review. "Removed" means the site has closed, now redirects to a different brand, or has no operator we could identify.

Why the top three rank where they do
The three verdicts below use only the facts recorded in our October 2026 check of each operator, with the date of that check. The full reviews add the scores for each criterion and the sources we used.
1. Betandyou: 5.0 out of 5
Betandyou accepts players from Bangladesh, offers BDT accounts and lists bKash and Nagad, along with Skrill, Neteller, Sticpay, MoneyGo and crypto. The site footer names Tixi Multimedia B.V. and Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1164/0643, held since 22 November 2024. The footer has no clickable regulator seal, so we have not cross-checked that number with the regulator. Licence is Betandyou's lowest score, at 3.5 out of 5.
On 20 October 2026 the casino welcome package was up to EUR 1,500 plus 150 free spins, spread over four deposits. The operator shows it in BDT at the current exchange rate; on the day we checked, that came to about 218,431 BDT. The cash bonus must be wagered 35 times within 7 days, the largest stake allowed while wagering is 728.1 BDT, and the free spins are released only after the cash bonus is wagered. The minimum first deposit for the package is 1,456.21 BDT and the minimum withdrawal is 1,000 BDT. We recorded no red flags for Betandyou in this check.
2. Mostbet: 5.0 out of 5
Mostbet holds one of the three licences we confirmed with a regulator. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate page lists Mostbet's licence OGL/2024/597/0249. The operator's guide lists bKash, Nagad, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz, Perfect Money, bank transfer and crypto, with a minimum withdrawal of 500 BDT.
Mostbet's weak point is the bonus, which scores 2.5 out of 5. The offer on record is 125% up to 35,000 BDT plus 250 free spins. When we checked on 21 October 2026, the main site was not available from our checking locations, and the operator's guide gave the bonus cap only in currencies other than BDT. We could not confirm the BDT figure or its wagering terms, so treat the offer as not confirmed as of October 2026. Mostbet shows the same 5.0 as Betandyou but ranks second on our weighted total, mainly because of this bonus score.
3. Bajijoy: 4.9 out of 5, with a caution
Bajijoy shares a 4.9 rating with Betvisa. Casinos with the same rating are ordered by their weighted total, then by name; Bajijoy and Betvisa have the same total, so Bajijoy comes first alphabetically. Bajijoy offers BDT accounts and lists bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank deposit and UPI. On 20 October 2026 its promotions page offered a 100 BDT no-deposit sign-up bonus with 30x turnover, which means 3,000 BDT in bets before a withdrawal. The bonus is for new, verified accounts only, one per player, device, household and payment method, and the promotion runs until 31 December 2026.
Bajijoy carries a caution for two reasons. The only licence reference is Curaçao number 365/JAZ, a legacy master-licence number. It appears only in generic terms on a shared help centre that names Aurora Holdings N.V. and does not mention Bajijoy, and we could not verify it on any register. The Android app file is also handed out through Dropbox.
What our October 2026 checks found
Between 16 and 21 October 2026 we checked all 43 brands we track on their operators' own pages, and on a regulator's page where the operator's seal or licence number led to one. The licence results were:

The three confirmed licences belong to Mostbet and Betobet, both found on the Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate pages, and BC.Game, whose Anjouan licence showed as valid on the Anjouan validation page on 21 October 2026. Seven of the 37 operating casinos state only an Anjouan licence; our report on Anjouan gambling licences explains what that licence means for players.
Several Curaçao claims use legacy numbers such as 365/JAZ that we cannot check, or show a seal image with no number and no link. We count those as stated, not confirmed.
Other results from the same round:
- Welcome offers: 22 of the 37 offers were confirmed on the operator's own page. The other 15 could not be re-confirmed, so we treat their figures as not confirmed as of October 2026.
- Bangladesh support: 23 casinos say they accept players from Bangladesh, and 20 offer BDT accounts.
- Local payments: 17 casinos list at least one of bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. bKash is listed by 17, Nagad by 16, Rocket by 13 and Upay by 9.
- Cautions: 27 casinos carry one. Examples are Pin Up, whose reported owner was sanctioned by Ukraine in 2025 according to press reports, and Betvisa, whose current welcome offer is 150% up to 1,000 BDT on JILI slots only, where our earlier data showed 200% up to 20,000 BDT.
No: online casinos are illegal in Bangladesh
Bangladesh's Parliament passed the Gambling Prevention Act 2026 on 30 June 2026. It took effect on 1 July 2026 and replaced the colonial-era Public Gambling Act 1867. Unlike the old law, it covers online gambling directly, the promotion of gambling, and the use of VPNs and mirror sites to run or hide it. Using a VPN does not make playing legal. Online gambling carries up to 5 years and/or Tk 1 crore (up to 7 years for online betting; reports differ on whether this covers bettors or operators). What changed on 1 July 2026.

- Enforcement is active. Between 1 January and 15 September 2026 the CID reported 115 arrests; in 2026 it has charge-sheeted 88 people and asked BTRC to block 763 gambling sites and apps.
- Payments are monitored. Bangladesh Bank has ordered MFS providers to stop gambling transactions, and the BFIU has frozen tens of thousands of bKash, Nagad and other accounts linked to gambling. The authorities have said they are working on stopping holders of frozen accounts from opening new ones with the same NID.
- Offshore licences do not help. A Curaçao, Anjouan or other foreign licence only lets an operator serve countries where gambling is allowed. It gives no legal protection to players in Bangladesh.
- Crypto is not a workaround. Bangladesh Bank has said dealing in cryptocurrency is illegal (2021), and the 2026 Act makes laundering gambling money through crypto a separate offence.

What a casino licence does and does not cover
A casino licence is issued by another country's regulator, and it protects players only as far as that regulator enforces its rules. It gives players in Bangladesh no legal protection and does not guarantee that a casino will pay. None of the operating casinos in our ranking states a Malta Gaming Authority licence. To check a licence claim, look up the number on the regulator's own register, which is how we confirmed the three licences above.
Paying with bKash, Nagad and crypto
The comparison table shows which local wallets each casino lists. Paying a gambling site through a mobile wallet puts the account at risk: the authorities have frozen tens of thousands of MFS accounts linked to gambling since 2025 (see the FAQ below). FAQ
Is online gambling legal in Bangladesh?
No. The Gambling Prevention Act 2026 took effect on 1 July 2026 and makes online gambling and the promotion of gambling criminal offences. A licence from Curaçao, Anjouan or any other offshore regulator does not change that for players in Bangladesh. The penalty table above and our legal guide give the details.
How do you rate the casinos?
We score each casino on five criteria: licence (30%), Bangladesh support (20%), bonus transparency (20%), local payments (15%) and red flags (15%). The facts come from the operator's own pages and, where possible, the regulator's register. A casino with a documented problem keeps a caution on its card. The full method is on how we rate casinos.
Are bKash and Nagad deposits safe?
No payment method makes a gambling deposit safe. In late 2025 Bangladesh Bank ordered all 13 MFS providers to monitor and stop gambling payments. On 24 June 2026 the Finance Minister told Parliament that the BFIU had frozen or suspended transactions in about 55,000 MFS accounts over online gambling and digital hundi (The Business Standard). About 10,000 more were frozen in July, and about 14,000 further accounts were being frozen in August (Yogonet). The money in a frozen account cannot be used while the freeze lasts, and the authorities have said they are working to stop account holders from opening new accounts with the same national ID.
What should I do if a casino site is blocked?
A block is the law being enforced. BTRC blocks gambling sites and apps on request, and by early October 2026 the CID had asked it to block 763 of them (The Business Standard). Reopening a blocked platform through new domains is itself an offence under the Act, and we do not publish ways around a block. A site that claims to be a blocked casino's new address may be a clone set up to collect logins and payments, so do not enter your details on one. How often do you re-check the casinos?
We re-check listed casinos when we learn of a change and in regular review rounds. The latest round ran from 16 to 21 October 2026. Each card shows the date its offer was last confirmed on the operator's site, and an offer without a date could not be re-confirmed in that round.
