As of October 2026, BetVisa's terms and conditions say the platform is operated by VB Digital N.V. and is "licensed and strictly supervised by the Curaçao Gaming Commission" under licence number GLH-OCCHKTW0712302019 with sub-licence number 365/JAZ. The footer shows a Gaming Curaçao logo. The regulator name is the old one, and 365/JAZ belongs to the legacy Curaçao master-licence system that the current regime replaced. ICCWin names the same operator and licence numbers, and Bajijoy's licence claim relies on the same legacy 365/JAZ sub-licence. We could not verify the numbers against any register. An offshore licence does not make online gambling permitted in Bangladesh.
